The Role Under direction of the VP, Internal Audit & Program Management, this position is responsible for the timely execution of risk-based Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and other internal audit reviews in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects. Specifically, this position performs various SOX compliance testing and other internal audit reviews within the company to determine compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations. This position reports to the Manager, Internal Audit. Your Impact Conduct and document SOX testing in accordance with testing programs Conduct and document internal audits in accordance with audit programs Analyze and compile audit findings. Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for improvement. Interact with cross functional employees Assist external auditor (KPMG) in the areas where they rely on Internal Audit work Assist the Manager, Internal Auditor with risk based audit planning Assist the Manager, Internal Auditor to coordinate and monitor the external consultants’ SOX compliance testing and other Internal Audit projects Assist the Manager, Internal Auditor with special projects as necessary What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Finance, Science, or Business. 2 years of professional experience. Accounting or auditing experience desirable, preferably in a software/technology firm. Strong analytical, written / verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task. Ability to work independently to prioritize work and support changing needs of a dynamic environment. Strong PC skills required, including MS Office tools. Knowledge with critical business systems.
