What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nuclear Medicine Technologist position at Aspen Valley Hospital?
We are currently hiring for a temporary Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work within our Diagnostic Imaging Department.
Compensation Range:
$90.00 per hour
Non Exempt
Night and weekend shift differentials up to $6 per hour!
Estimated Start Date & Length of Assignment: October - February
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program (ARRT or NMTCB)
- BLS certification. May be obtained upon hire.
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for providing Nuclear Medicine images of technical detail and quality, while providing patient-centered care. Prepares and administers radioactive isotopes for diagnostic studies. Detects and maps radiopharmaceuticals in patient bodies using a camera to produce high-quality images.
