Responsibilities
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts using various resume data bases, social and search engines
- Assist teams in screening resumes
- Dispositioning candidates in the applicant tracking system
- Conduct initial phone screens using detailed screener documentation
- Schedule candidate screens
- Conduct market analysis on labor statistics
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle and be tech-savvy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with proven organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
Previous experience in the staffing, RPO or corporate recruiting environment is preferred.
