Aspire is looking for an In Home Caregiver Administrator.
As a Home Care Administrator, your job responsibilities may include:
Leading and inspiring staff: You will be responsible for managing and motivating staff members to ensure that they are providing high-quality care to clients. You will need to lead by example and set the tone for your team.
Ensuring compliance with state regulations: You will be responsible for ensuring that your organization is in compliance with all state regulations related to home care. This includes keeping up-to-date with changes in regulations and making necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Conducting internal audits: You will need to conduct regular audits of your organization's policies, procedures, and processes to ensure that they are being followed correctly and that they are effective in achieving the organization's goals.
Training office staff: You will be responsible for ensuring that all office staff members are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively. This includes providing ongoing training and support to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
Other responsibilities that may be included in your job description as a Home Care Administrator may include:
Developing and implementing policies and procedures: You will need to develop and implement policies and procedures that are designed to help your organization achieve its goals while also ensuring that clients receive high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with in home caregiving, have administrative experience. The individual will want to work in a team setting and have a positive outlook. Candidate will have knowledge of One drive and other online tools.
