Aspire Living & Learning is helping individuals live their best lives. We are a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities. We are currently seeking a Application Manager/Data Analyst.
- This position has ability to work remote as schedule permits
- Only candidates who live within driving distance to an Aspire Living & Learning office will be considered.
This position is responsible for providing insightful analysis of a broad range of company data in addition to managing software applications within the organization. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, organizing data into accessible insights, identifying the best applications for the business's needs, installing the software, upgrading, configuring, supporting and repairing the software as needed.
The right candidate will have, a strong working knowledge of the following applications,
- DOMO
- Therap
- Central Reach
- Great Plains
- UKG Pro
- SQL
In addition, the Application Manager identifies what specific applications, connections or expansions of existing applications are needed to improve business operations, and then supervises the installation, upgrading and daily maintenance of software applications used by the Agency. This key position will engage with staff members at all organizational levels and reports to the Director of Information Technology.
Specific Duties
- Analyzes the structure and flow of the business’ work to identify possible application solutions.
- Identifying and recommending new ways to save money by streamlining business processes
- Using tools and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
- Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients
- Monitoring data quality and removing corrupt data
- Remain aware of the latest software developments and think of ways that software can be applied to make the Agency’s work more efficient and successful.
- Implement and upgrade system hardware and application software.
- Ensure that the servers are ready before implementing new systems,
- Own the roll-out process for enhancements/projects.
- Provide in-house technical support and problem resolution related to business application software systems, and liaison with external technical support as appropriate.
- Create, develop, and oversee all software usage, protocols, and procedures and provide documentation and training to all staff involved with the platform's use. Oversee user account maintenance. Design and implement security roles to ensure user permissions and access to data is appropriately configured/limited for varying user roles.
- Monitor for data integrity and regulatory compliance in software applications and reports.
