Clinical Operations Specialist-Ohio

Aspire Regional Partners a leading provider of Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Communities throughout the state of Ohio is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of RN, Clinical Operations Specialist.

This is a new supporting position within our organization.

Ideal candidate would posses a proven track record related to quality measure/outcome management, policy/procedural roll out, fiscal/budgetary management, proficient knowledge base regarding both state and federal regulations, proven ability to build and lead teams, as well as be a self-driven, highly motivated and energetic individual. Detailed Oriented is a Must! Prior Multi-Facility Management preferred/not required.. Travel and overnights required at times.

Position would report directly to the Director of Clinical Services and support our Southern facilities. Candidate would be responsible for assisting in the clinical operations of SNFs and Assisted Living Communities.

Position works closely with regional team providing clinical support, guidance, and training within assigned facilities. Supports Director of Nursing in building high customer and employee satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Assist in Director of Nursing Orientation/Training
• Assist in Survey Management
• Assist in Monitoring and Maintaining Multi-Facility Regulatory Compliance (State/Federal)
• Assist in Census Development and Strategic Panning
• Assist Policy/Procedure Compliance Oversight and Roll Out
• Assist in Management of Quality Measures and Outcomes
• Assist in Maintaining Trending of Facility Data with QAPI Implementation
• Responsible for assistance in Fiscal Management of the Nursing Departments
• Directly reports to the Director of Clinical Services
