What do we need?
We are seeking an entry level employee to support the Aspirion team by handling all clerical responsibilities, including but not limited to incoming and outgoing mail procedures, processing incoming faxes, and filing correspondence. Responsible for maintaining a HIPAA compliant, clean, and safe office space.
What will you provide?
- Processes outgoing mail via USPS and FedEx
- Orders mailing supplies via USPS website
- Processes remote clerical requests
- Documents incoming mail in eCollections
- Handles client correspondence
- Distributes mail and correspondence to staff
- Processes print requests and distributes accordingly
- Files and stores closed files
- Empties shred bin when full and coordinates with Office Manager for shredding of sensitive documents
- Organizes labels on new account files
- Awareness of and adherence to Aspirion policy and procedures
- Adheres to HIPAA compliance rules and regulations
- Reports any violations relating to company policy protocol
- Escalates IT issues to the Office Manager
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Write grammatically correct routine business correspondence
- Ability to stay organized with strong focus on attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize duties and follow-through completely with assigned tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Education and Experience
- High School Education or equivalent required
- Some college coursework in Health/Business Administration preferred

The US base pay range for this position starts at $16.70 hourly/annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
