As a PHARMACY TECHNICIAN with Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital you assist the pharmacist in timely preparation of pharmaceutical products and associated functions in accordance with medical provider orders and patient needs. You also perform multiple technician job duties of the Pharmacy Department including clean room, cart fill, repackaging, inventory, automated dispensing cabinet, outpatient, first dose, clerical area, chemotherapy preparation, and carousel.
Experience/Qualifications/Licensure
- Knowledge of organizational and project management normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a health-related field, pharmacy, and computers beneficial.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification and experience beneficial.
