What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler/ Work Planner position at Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC- 056?
We are currently seeking a Scheduler/Planner to join our team.
Essential Functions
- Analyzes problems to determine what steps are necessary to correct situation
- Checks all appointments to be sure they are correct before being scheduled for technician
- Plan cold calls and appointments for technicians to insure profitability and safety
- Analyzing route saturation report to be sure all areas are worked and/or installed
- Team player who will be focused and dedicated
Minimum Requirements
- Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
- Must be able to communicate with others
- Must have transportation to and from the show up location
- Must have a valid driver s license
- Articulate with excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
- Communicate with coworkers in a positive, cooperative and professional manner
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends
- Experience preferred
- Excellent map reading skills required
- Demonstrated analytical skills and judgment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, assign and direct work
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to monitor multiple computer screens simultaneously
- Ability to multi task and an able to work with internal/external team members
