We are looking for a Manager to join our Indian Trail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, including sales experience, problem solving, and having a servants heart. The successful candidate will be responsible for training new agents, keep them accountable to our systems, making recommendations to the executive team, and assisting the agents to reach their goals. The Real Estate Manager must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think critically and strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and inform agents.
- Train new agents on how to prospect, network, and handle objections.
- Be familiar with our CRM, make sure agents are using it to it's full potential.
- Help agents problem solve client situations.
- Look over contracts to make sure everything is within compliance.
- Communicate with leadership on sales.
- Create and maintain a hard working/fun atmosphere at the office.
Job Type: Full-time
