ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant situated in the Corporate Headquarters office in Indian Trail, NC area.

This position will provide direct support to the President, Entrance Systems, North & South America.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing presentations on the President’s behalf
- Event planning and organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, organizing catering and logistics when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Primary contact coordinating guests travel and meeting needs
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the President’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- .
- Travel and schedule arrangements for President and other executive team members.
- Serve as administrator for company’s travel website.
- Serve as administrator for office supplies purchases.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules for the corporate facility.
- Provide expense reconciliation support.
- Occasional travel with management and sales team for offsite meetings.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years Executive Assistant experience in fast paced and professional environment supporting President and VP levels.
- College Degree preferred but not required.
- Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
- Resourceful, can-do attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Presents themselves with a professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Solid computer skills and experience with MS office products, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and electronic spreadsheets.
