HID’s Facilities Department:
The Facilities Coordinator performs simple and mostly directed tasks to support HID Global Facilities and Office Services at our headquarters based in Austin, TX. These activities will include conference room setup, mail and package distribution, catered events, printer support, janitorial, internal move support, and backup for receptionist/guest relations. Under minimal supervision, this position will demonstrate independent judgement and initiative.
As our Facilities Coordinator, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Responding to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service.
- Providing some organizational and administrative support to the Facility Management staff
- Performing general office functions
- Providing assistance and back-up as needed for Receptionist
- Assisting visitors and staff in support of meetings and/or events
- Providing basic copier and printer support
- Performing various clerical duties
- Maintaining and providing management reports related to workload as requested.

Your Experience and Education include:
- Must have a H.S. diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
