ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions is seeking candidates for an Inside Sales Support representative. This position will report to the VP of Sales.

This is an opportunity for a sales-minded professional to work and support Sales Management and District outside Sales teams to grow local district orders and service.
Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Analysts are responsible for supporting all aspects of Account Sales and will handle a large % of day-to-day activity.
- Canvass Dodge reports, follow-up on leads, canvass government and local websites for automatic door construction projects in bidding or design phases.
- Responsible for account analysis, data base and portal management, follow up and feedback with customers and external sales will be an important component to job position requirements.
- Review project parameters including PDS product type, customer segment, market segment, project specifications, local market strategy and other pertinent criteria.
- Collaborate with Architecture and Contract Sales Groups to maximize synergies between departments.
- Prepare accurate quotations and change orders based on performing a detailed analysis of Architectural Specifications, Drawings and Addendums.
- Assist outside sales representatives with customer contact, appointment setting and follow up.
- Liaise with Operations in forming RFI’s and other communications critical to protecting profitability and operational efficiency on behalf of the Sales Team.
- Develop and run project completion reports, create month-end sales material and develop other statistics that charts project planning and flow.
- Sales support through collaboration with Operations Team and communication with clients.
- Submit documentation to support new customer leads, support field personnel in quoting and support in drawing and specification submittals.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of internal quoting systems, including CRM systems.
- Some measurements on actual jobsites may be required.
The successful candidate minimum requirements: must possess the ability to present as a professional with excellent communication skills and an intense desire to learn the pedestrian entrance automation business.
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Sales and/or Construction Project Management.
- Develop a broad understanding of AAES PDS internal processes.
- This position demands a results-oriented approach coupled with high-energy, positive attitude, great organizational skills, reliability and discipline.
- Computer minimums are: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point with intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- High School Diploma and College Diploma (required) BA or BS (an asset).
- Certified Project Management Certificate an asset.
- AAADM Certification an asset.
