We are looking for a Solutions & Quality Specialist
As a Solutions & Quality Specialist in Critical Infrastructure business unit, you have the exciting opportunity to work together with large organizations spanning from Energy, Water to Telecommunications and Oil to help them creating the workspace for the future through value-add access and safety, data intelligence, and generating a prosperous environment for both, their employees and their customers and suppliers. You will be working together with the CI support, product management and development teams to provide first class support to our internal and external customers. You will also plan, organize, and conduct product and solution related trainings. The role will be based in Prague, Czech Republic.
What would you do as Solutions & Quality Specialist
- Be responsible for customer experience for internal and external customers.
- Critical Infrastructure's product portfolio technology support for distribution chain, end customers and Critical Infrastructure's employees
- Recording support cases and maintaining data in the ticketing system
- Participation in product claims process
- Training the usage, maintenance and installation of products and related software for internal and external customers
- Customer quality management & reporting
The skills and experience you need
- Experience in working with access control products, customer service and/or quality is seen as an advantage
- Minimum high school education, business or technical focus is an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem solving skills
- Systematic and developing approach
- Competent with Microsoft Office skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Czech, both written and spoken
