The Role
AssemblyAI is growing quickly, and we’re searching for a driven GTM Talent Sourcer to help scale our growing team! With significant investment and strong leadership to fuel our growth, it’s the perfect time to join the AssemblyAI team.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build strategic talent maps globally and find creative ways to attract top GTM talent. This role will be responsible for owning GTM sourcing to maintain a consistent, high-quality, and diverse candidate pipeline.You will identify and leverage sourcing resources, tools and techniques in addition to implementing out-of-the-box, creative sourcing methodologies.
- Partner closely with our Recruitment team to attract & source the best talent in the world. You will work with our current team to define and drive strategies for finding and engaging passive talent across diverse sets of GTM talent profiles. You will work with our recruiting team to implement hiring strategies that optimize for diversity and inclusion, time to hire, quality of hire, and personalized candidate experiences.
- Play a key role as the initial point-of-contact for candidates in our hiring process. This role is perfect for an extrovert who is a thoughtful communicator, story teller, and inquisitive screener. You’ll be the initial point-of-contact for many candidates being introduced to AssemblyAI for the first time, so genuine interest and enthusiasm for AI & Audio Intelligence is a must!
Responsibilities
- Source for AssemblyAI’s GTM roles (Account Executives, SDRs, Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, etc.)
- Strategize different ways to build candidate pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Identify the top 1% of GTM candidates within target companies and engage them
- Support company hiring goals by proactively building a pipeline for priority and passive GTM roles
- Partner with Talent leadership to understand the competitive landscape and gather insightful recruiting data
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to achieve GTM hiring goals

Requirements
- Experience sourcing / recruiting for GTM teams at a B2B SaaS or Developer Tools company, preferably a high-growth startup
- Successful track record of sourcing, evaluating, and closing high-quality GTM candidates from entry to senior level
- Experience working with ATS systems (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.) to identify and attract top talent across different locations
- Knowledge of passive sourcing fundamentals, fluency with boolean logic, and ability to come up with creative sourcing techniques
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with sourcing tools such as Gem
- Industry knowledge (Developer Tools / Developer APIs) with ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, conferences, etc.
