A background check will be performed on all applicants for the Courtesy Officer position
Applicants must have some security or related experience
Ability to live onsite and to be available for duty in the evening hours
Description of Responsibilities:
Monitor the complex parking lots, clubhouse, breezeways, and perimeter in the evening hours between 7pm and 2am, Sunday through Wednesday.
Enforce the rules and regulations of the lease, including but not limited to: unregistered guests (trespassing), quiet hours, drugs and alcohol.
Remove any person(s) being non-resident(s), who are violating rules and regulations and or causing a disturbance.
Tow/Tag unregistered vehicles (using our towing partners) while on duty.
Respond to noise complaints, security risks and emergency situations.
Provide management with a nightly report by 8:00 a.m. the following morning of any issues that occurred the night before. This report will be provided by management to be filled in.
Lighting inspection of site, note on report provided by management of any breezeway/exterior building lights that are non operable.
Contact local police force, fire department for arrest, and enforcement of the laws and/or rules and regulations of The Grove property.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate will be determined by the state minimum wage in which the property is located
A 3 or 4 bedroom apartment (dependent upon availability) in which bi-weekly pay is deducted to cover the monthly installment costs of each bedroom
