Assistant Property Manager/RSC

Guided by our core values and driven by determination to provide quality affordable Housing, we maintain full in-house capacity across all multifamily facets including acquisitions, development, construction, property management, compliance, and social services.

We are looking for an extremely organized, friendly, and sincere Assistnant Property Manager/Resident Service Coordiantor to join our team. Either LIHTC or HUD Experience is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Process all ARs/IRs
• Address Resident concerns
• Enter in work orders for maintenance
• Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phones
• Prepare and distribute quarterly Community Newsletter and any other resident communication.
• Organize weekly/daily resident activities
• Organize and facilitate meaningful programs that are tailored to the needs of our residents
• Utilize available resources through local agencies and programs to maximize the services our communities offer.

• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a benefit but not required.

Experience:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* HUD or  LIHTC experience preferred

Estimated pay range

This range is estimated for Assistant Property Manager (Affordable Housing) jobs in  Detroit at similar companies. Actual pay may be different and based on the quality of the applicant. 

Base pay range:

$37,000/annually - $42,000/annually
