Join a Great Team! Homeside Properties, an Associa Company, and Associa OnCall, are now hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician / Repair & Installation to service residential neighborhood association clients in the Alpharetta, GA and surrounding metro Atlanta area.

Essential Job Functions :
Report to the Alpharetta location to receive daily tasks and assigned company vehicle. A company vehicle is provided to each technician.
Travel to multiple locations each day is required.
- Work responsibilities will include maintenance duties involving carpentry, painting, handy plumbing, handy electrical repairs, and incidental cleaning to guarantee that the residence / building is properly and safely maintained.
- Interact with homeowners, board members and property managers via email, phone and in person.
- Typical repairs may include light fixtures, fans, locks, door frames / trim, sheetrock, drains, faucets, toilets, concrete, fencing, siding, gutters, downspouts, and signage.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have 3 - 5 years of directly related or closely related building or property maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
- Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and / or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and enjoy being part of a team.
