Primary Job Responsibilities
- Engage with existing clients and provide expertise in areas of investments, markets, finance, and economic conditions
- Acting as primary support person for internal clients by answering questions and solving problems while providing transactional and navigational support
- Responsible for maintaining, deepening, and enriching client relationship by educating clients on a wide range of services including goal planning and recommendations of our Investment Management Services.
- Supporting high net worth clients in an Investment contact center
Desired Qualifications
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Brokerage industry experience/knowledge
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues
- Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Successful completion of Licensing Program
FINRA SIE, SERIES 7, and SERIES 63 LICENSING
This is an entry level position that will provide FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 SPONSORSHIP. Your employment will begin with a 90 day paid study program to obtain the required FINRA licenses.
Once you've passed all exams, you will begin training for the full time position. Financial Services position will be a salaried role with bonuses (no commission).
