We're growing and are looking to expand our Commercial Lines (P&C) CSR department!

Our ideal candidate: is a self-starter with 3 years of experience in an insurance setting, with a working knowledge of agency management systems such as EPIC. Must have IL P&C License with knowledge of insurance industry coverages, terms, and conditions.

The Role- What you’ll do as a Commercial Lines (P&C) Customer Service Representative:
Preparing insurance documents; auto ID cards, Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Insurance, and fulfilling MVR requests
Preparing renewal application
Obtaining loss experience on all lines of coverage on all accounts
Initiating and following-up on policy changes with various carriers
Reviewing and assisting with resolving audit disputes
Setting up new clients in client management system
Monitoring receipt of renewal policies
Preparing client presentations
Sending all documentation to scan, and maintaining files in client management system
Invoicing, updating billing screens, setting up new applications and updating applications in client management system
Obtaining online quotes for Flood Policies
Requirements and Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both clients and agency personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
Demonstrates initiative with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
