Lead Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Working Foreman to join our team! You will oversee the activities of HOA specific maintenance need. We are looking for someone who can grow this business as well and lead a future team. A lot of potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the daily maintenance schedule assigned-you will be doing the labor until business grows and a team is built
• Must have construction and high level handyman experience
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Be able to bid on jobs, follow the bid through the Jobber system, send it to billing, follow up to make sure invoices are paid (you will have billing clerk)
• Close out jobs when done
• Increase revenue for company by seeking new business or services existing clients need
• Be able to operate equipment for snow removal and various projects
• One day a week you will be in the office checking on jobs, bids etc.
• Most of the time you will be in the field
• Company truck will be provided or a stipend for the use of yours

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or maintenance
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Ability to operate small equipment and pull a trailer when necessary
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
