As an Enrollment agent your job duties will include calling members and employees to get paperwork completed correctly. We provide the training necessary for you to learn and succeed at the position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist
- Proven experience in Customer Service
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- Team spirit
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in Human Resources or similar field
Who You Are:
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- General math, clerical, data entry, and customer service.
- Proven experience as Onboarding specialist
- Strong Understanding in Customer Service
- Solid understanding of onboarding best practices
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
