Position Title: AP Analyst (Entry Level)

Pay: $24/hr. - $28/hr. – Paid weekly!
A large food & beverage manufacturing organization is urgently hiring within their accounting team for an accounts payable specialist to perform daily payable to support the corporate AP group with daily AP functions such as high-volume invoice processing, 3-way match and invoice analysis. An ideal candidate must have in depth knowledge of the full cycle accounts payable process and have great attention to detail to resolve complex invoice issues.

Responsibilities Include:
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including coding, processing, and reconciling invoices
• Invoice reviewing for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Review of Travel & Entertainment reimbursement submissions to ensure compliance with Corporate Policy within the Wells Fargo system.
• Prioritizing invoices according to payment terms. Scheduling, preparing payments, and resolving purchase order or payment discrepancies
• Reconciling vendor statements, researching, and correcting discrepancies
• Assist with month end closing and reporting
• Prepare payment runs each week
• Vendor set up and maintenance
• Maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
• Ensure prompt and courteous customer service for both internal and external vendors
• Assisting with other projects as needed
