Job Description
· Works with the Sales Manager and Location
Manager and other leaders to create and implement key sales and marketing
strategies of the organization.
· Presents initiatives, communicates, and builds
momentum to motivate desired outcomes.
· Assists in developing appropriate training
programs specifically targeted to seller needs.
· Develops the business plan goals and strategies
for sales professionals.
· Oversees successful implementation of sales
activities including sales plan.
· Creates accountabilities as needed.
· Will be a key resource to fellow employees. A
team approach at times.
· Builds strategic customer relationships,
industry relationships and internal relationships.
· Fosters a culture of team success and goal
achievement through positive reinforcement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Have: 2 years of experience in Outside Sales.
Prior knowledge or experience in Agriculture or Farming

Company truck & gas card provided. Company phone &
laptop provided.
2 weeks of PTO
Work Environment
Offices in Wayland & Hamilton. Most Sales Reps work 50%
in the office/home, the other 50% in the field traveling to farms through-out
West Michigan.
Lots of freedom to manage your own schedule and book of
business.
Sales Reps need to be comfortable managing their own
schedule, and working independently. They will be traveling most days to Farms
and working outside.
Additional Information
Company has 700 farms as Clients in West Michigan. Mostly
between Kalamazoo & Grand Rapids.
Performance Expectations
Sales Rep would be given some 'house' accounts to manage,
but would be expected to prospect or bring new accounts to the company.
Sales Reps are bringing in between 2.5 to 10 Million in
sales revenue.

propane gas supply business, supplying local farms, livestock producers, and
