What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Medical Scheduler position at Aston Carter?
Job Description:
- Schedulers support all clinics but will be located in 1 home office - whole team partners together to get all patients scheduled
- Receive referrals via message or letter from other providers
- Perform Outbound calls to patients to schedule - most are specialty appointment
- Will work through 50 to 60 patient files per day
- Update paperwork and patient files
- Keep track of patients who did not respond to continue to follow up
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year customer service on the phones in a professional environment
- 1 year of experience in a call center, or in some sort of front desk administrative role
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
