Bilingual Member Service Representative ($19.50/hr-Lehi 84043)
Description:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound phone calls to and from members, physicians and pharmacies while delivering a world class member experience.
- Follow-up, resolve, and document issues related to the member interaction. Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine research as needed.
- Maintaining Personal Protected Information (PPI) and Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA).

- Some who is well spoken or professional over the phone
- Microsoft Office experience
- Mac product proficiency
- Google suite proficiency.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Other details:
Pay: $19.50/hr
Schedule: Need to be open to 8hr shifts in hours of 6am - 6pm Mon - Fri
- Rotating Saturday [6-7 week rotation] for 5hr shift from 9am - 2pm. Hybrid- 1 week monthly in office.
- Shift can be traded or asked for if OT is desired-- After 90days can request schedule change
Training: 7am - 3:30pm OR 8am - 4:30pm <--this schedule will hold all the way through training and "nesting" period.
Work Environment: Contract to hire role. In-person Call Center in Lehi.
