Billing Clerk
Job Description
The Billing Clerk is responsible for invoicing manufacturers for promotional pricing offered to military and civilian customers, updating pricing information, and identifying billing errors.
This role involves creating invoices for Hawaii business bi-monthly, working closely with manufacturers and the marketing team.
Key tasks include creating invoices for reimbursements, calculating and invoicing vendors for special prices, creating manual billing, generating credit memos, creating spreadsheets and monthly journal entries for manufacturers, analyzing documentation for corrections, reporting billing errors and payment discrepancies, maintaining pricing spreadsheets, and applying payments to billing.
Hard Skills

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Work Environment
Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with an early leave at 4 PM on Fridays (39-hour work week)
