Payrate: $55,000 yearly salary
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and monitoring Customer Service representatives. Work together with Customer Service Manager and other supervisors to ensure all goals for the department are met.
Main Job Duties:
· The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and monitoring Customer Service representatives
· Work together with Customer Service Manager and other supervisors to ensure all goals for the department are met
· Assist in interview and training of CSRs
· Consistently coach CSRs and provide monthly
· Ensure direct report CSRs meet their daily goals and metrics
· Assist in reviews
· Work with branch operational staff to address all service deficiencies
· Monitor customer and employee complaints and resolve problems as they arise
· Provide escalation support for Corporate Call Center Representatives
· Maintain consistent, prompt, and accurate service levels and performance metrics to promote Total Customer Satisfaction
· Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all internal and external customers via in person, telephone, and email
· Provide back-up assistance for customer service representative(s)
· Ensure customer service area is neat and orderly and ensure proper greeting of all visitors
· Maintain a positive attitude and promote the company image by focusing on good customer service, cooperation, employee partnership, and positive telephone manners
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management
