What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Aston Carter?
We are looking for customer service-oriented individuals, who are self-starters and eager make a positive impact on their organization! Description:
-Outbound calls to Customers, dealerships, and District Managers to obtain and research information on each individual customer case
-Using dual computers screens and client specific software systems (minimal excel included as well).
-Gathering missing documents/info candidate.
-Process customer paperwork such as invoices, customer letters, dealership letters
-Reading part invoices from dealerships (part names, skew numbers, dates, vehicle information)
-Warranty parameters for parts and vehicles that would deem financial assistance
-Log information, create a case for each customer as needed and log case notes based on their warranty information

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Good decision-making skills - must be able to work independently with little supervision. Automotive or dealer experience is HUGE PLUS. Preferred but not required. Must have experience with Case Management or Case handling
