Account Representative
Benefits (healthcare, dental, PTO, etc.): medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, 401K, yearly performance/comp evaluations, PTO 16 days/year and holiday pay! Permanent Position from Day 1. Signing Bonus - $2,500 after 90 days.
Pay Rate: Career Advancement/Financial Opportunity: HIGH earning potential, typically first year in this role hourly commissions = $40K - 60K, good performers the second year can double that!
Culture/Schedule: The culture is very calm and laid back. Out early on Fridays at 2:00PM to get to the weekend!
Example of Schedule:
M - 8am to 5pm
T - 8am to 5pm
W - 10am to 7pm
TH - 8am to 5pm
F - 8am to 2pm
Overview:
• Location: St. Louis Park, MN
*We have another location in Coon Rapids, MN if that is closer to you.
• Monday – Friday. No weekends!
Important:
o Direct Placement on Day 1 – benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K match, short/long term disability, PTO accrual and Holiday pay immediately
o Monday – Friday job Early out Fridays – will be off by 2 p.m. every Friday, no weekends
o Nice office, casual environment
o Room for growth!! There’s a lot of opportunity to advance with the company – team lead, Lead Account Rep, etc.

Daily Responsibilities:
Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work
Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines
Skip-trace accounts according to established practices provided in training
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
1 years of customer service experience
Preferred:
6 months of call center experience
