Job Description:
The Customer Experience Representative provides excellent customer care to customers in a timely manner with an emphasis on providing accurate information, effective communication and issue resolution
- Receives high volume of inbound calls from customers and end-users
- Helps to resolve or escalate calls regarding complaints, assistance and compliments
- Acts as first line of contact/help to customers
- Provides exceptional customer service in a timely manner
- Transfers calls to correct departments
- Participates in ongoing training to be able to progress in taking increasingly more difficult calls
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency with MS Office and computer systems
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
Hours (2 Shift Options)
Monday through Friday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm and a rotating Saturday or Sunday shift every 5th weekend OR
Wednesday through Saturday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm
