What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative 15/HR position at Aston Carter?

Description:

Responsible for responding to customer inquiries. Inquiries may be non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries. Reviews and adjudicates claims and/or non-medical appeals. Determines whether to return, deny or pay claims following organizational policies and procedures.

Work Environment:

Schedule could be 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

Monday thru Friday

Onsite

Customer service, Customer support, Call center

  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls
  • Call Center Experience (Preferred)
  • Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills: grammar, sentence structure and spelling
  • Identifying customers' needs and provide solutions
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
