Description:
Assist customers by collaborating with cross functional teammates to address the customers’ needs. They will handling these questions over email and phone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare service parts and production parts orders based on customer requests.
• Receive customer calls and record issues and or complaints and record these into the CRM database and initiate corrective action plans.
• Having the ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Having the ability to deal with sometimes upset and demanding Customers or field crews.
• Work directly with Engineering to determine errors and resolve field issues.
• Receive calls from building installers and answer their question regarding job site part components or building drawings.
• Work directly with Regional Sales Managers and customers to get customer service issues properly defined and resolved.
• Respond to customer information requests collaborating with other departments for appropriate responses.
• Answer incoming phone calls and routing the caller to the appropriate person or department.
