Description:
The Consumer Services team requires a contracted Product Marketing Manager to support the team.
In this role you will be empowered to think about the end to end user experience and define opportunities to improve those experiences leading to improved user attach to services. You will partner with Go To Market, Research, Finance, and Engineering to identify the right opportunities, and then partner with engineering to prioritize those opportunities in their roadmaps.
This is a rare and unique opportunity to work across teams & disciplines and advocate for the end to end customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Gather ongoing customer data via a variety of data collections methods and partner with research to better understand the needs and experiences of customers
* Generate unique insights to educate and inform internal stakeholders to prioritize and evaluate product opportunities
* Connect people and processes across the organization to influence, guide, and/or manage improvement plans
* Manage experiments coordinating across multiple teams to effectively communicate the value proposition, target audiences and key product scenarios to stakeholders gaining support for your ideas.
* Provide analysis of the impacts from delivered investments against team OKRs.
* Deliver timely updates (email, PowerPoint slides, etc.) to communicate the status of investments.
* When necessary, provide verbal updates as part of larger status meetings.

- Years of Experience required – 8
- Product Management
- Experience with Customer Success / User Experience
- Market Analysis and Customer Research
- Degrees or certifications required -Bachelors Degree
- Disqualifiers - No customer facing experience. (Only working on B2B products is a no go)
- Best vs. average - Experience navigating a highly matrixed environment

* Experience with Customer Success / User Experience best practices
* Experience with product management best practices
* Familiarity with product roadmaps and experimentation
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a keen sense of urgency
* Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with others
