What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support position at Aston Carter?
Job Description:
- Individual will respond to customer’s telephone, chat and e-mail inquiries in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Offer solutions while demonstrating enthusiasm, apologizing sincerely for inconveniences, listening empathetically and tolerating difficult customers calmly.
- Responsible for outbound calling projects when events or customer impacting system issues arise.
- Recognize potential exceptions and make decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- 6 months of call center experience
- Strong computer skills (40wpm or more in testing-will be working on dual screens and 3 computer programs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Hours (Shift Options)
- First Shift 9AM-6PM OR 10AM-7PM
- Second Shift: 1PM - 10PM
- 1 Saturday Every 3 Weeks
