ONE OF THE LARGEST ECOMMERCE COMPANIES IS SEEKING A QUALIFIED DATA ENTRY ASSOCIATE! THIS POSITION WILL BE 100% ONSITE IN REDMOND, WA.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboarding contingent workers into the gateway & submit laptop shipments/provide tracking info to suppliers
- Add alias to CW permission team
- Review AWS CaSE daily entries and populate GTC records
- Audit CW Monthly & Daily Splunk
- Review weekly Beeline PATH Reports for data entries
- Manual GTC Validations
- Tracking PBC WO end dates to ensure CW’s are offboarded per company Policy
- Validate and input accurate information.
- Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
- Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and a self-starter
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
- 3 years of data entry and/or related work experience
- 3 years of experience with Outlook, Quicksight, Smart Sheets, and Excel or related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is a MUST
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, ability to manage large volumes of data, and all within a fast-paced environment.
