Responsibilities
- Process claims submitted for payment
- Process claims submitted for predetermination
- Review x-rays and make benefit determination or refer claim to consultant for decision
- Prepare information request letters and/or contact dental offices for info needed
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred
- Dental claims experience or at least dental terminology experience
- Experience using a claims processing system
Required
- Medical claims processing if they don't have dental experience
- Reliable internet
