What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Treatment Coordinator position at Aston Carter?
Description:
Duties- Answer phone calls, schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments, chart audits, generate patient recall list and provide coverage at lobby desk/patient check-in and apply card payments. Generate student reports - Procedure-In-Progress, process patient inactivation request.
Required Licenses and/or Certificates- Dental assistant preferred but not required. Medical/Dental front office/desk experience.
