What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at Aston Carter?
Description:
The Estimator will be responsible for estimating/forecasting project costs for incoming RFQ’s by gathering details and compiling data to estimate all vendor and sub-contractor costs, working closely with the Sales Manager. Estimates will consider aircraft parts/components, aircraft parts for repair and overhaul, and transportation as well as determining necessary resources for projects based on cost estimates and budgetary constraints. Based on costing information gathered, the Estimator will build and submit quotes and proposals to our customers
