What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Representative position at Aston Carter?
A local appraisal company is looking to hire a Help Desk Representative
Responsibilities:
- Manage ticketing system to prioritize incoming service desk requests related to issues with hardware/software, employee technology requests, etc.
- Walk users through problem solving process
- Deploying new hardware via imaging process
- Support end user logins to Citrix Xendesktop
- Support end user company assets, including Windows/Mac laptops, mobile phones, iPads, etc.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware/software
- Escalate requests to appropriate team member, manager or third party if the request cannot be resolved directly, and follow through on timely resolution
- Assist staff and clients with day-to-day technical requests
- Perform remote troubleshooting with end users in other corporate offices or their remote offices using TeamViewer
- Administrative Active Directory for end users logins and security groups
Qualifications:
- Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in a working environment
- Proficient in Microsoft (Windows 7 & 10, Office 2016, O365)
