What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospitality Customer Service Representative position at Aston Carter?
Description:
Actively seeking strong customer service representatives to support their clients of a high-end concierge/hospitality credit card service. Agents need to have some form of hospitality or travel booking experience to be successful in this role. All high-end credit cards offer a concierge service for their customers, which they can ask for booking travel, ticket reservations, and fine dining reservations. A day in the life will be on the phone the entire shift, where agents will be taking calls, responding to emails and following up on client’s requests. Every phone call generates a request that employees will need to follow up with. Requests will be handled on the call or employees will have to do research after the call ends to follow up with the client. Average handle time could be 15min for a simple booking or could be calls that could last an hour. Not a stressful work environment but could be dealing with complaints. Most common are flight booking and hotel booking requests. Volume of calls will vary but on average agents could be looking at around 15-20 calls per day.

1 year of Hospitality or travel booking experience required (Hotel/Travel booking and experience in reservations highly preferred)
Call Center experience highly preferred
GDS Experience/Software experience is a HUGE plus:
