HR Administrator
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Labor/Employee Relations activities
- Document and file meeting contents through comprehensive note taking.
- Distribute meeting minutes and follow up actions.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Maintain meeting schedules and coordinate with stakeholders
- Collaborate in administration of job bidding process in coordination with operation department administrators
- Support development and revision of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience as Admin and complete competency in Microsoft Suite is expected
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- Ability to manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
- Comprehensive note taker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and demonstrates self-direction
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner
Pay: $25
Duration: 12mo open ended contract
