Position: HR Administrator
Location: Knoxville, TN
Hours: Monday through Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)
Duration: 6 months (Contract Position)
Description:
- Sourcing candidates and initial screening.
- Helping with the implementation and training of Workday.
- Complete onboarding for newly hired employees, including scheduling compliance screening and reference checks.
- Excellent communication and phone skills with both internal managers and candidates
- Makes updates and any needed corrections to benefits within ADP and works with benefit carriers as necessary.
- Sets up workspaces for new employees
- Assists with planning and organizing company events.
- Maintain relationships with facility vendors and is the point of contact for office/facilities issues as needed.
- Works with CHRO and Benefits & Recruiting Manager to facilitate processes associated with employee leaves.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree from a four-year college or university is preferred; however, a combination of education and professional H.R. experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2-year general H.R. experience is required.
- Time management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are imperative for this role.
