What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Assistant position at Aston Carter?
Description:
Main responsibility to start will be timekeeping in Kronos
-nonexempt and exempt employees
-106 people approx
-will need to reach out directly to managers and employees to ensure timecards are in time and everything submitted by Monday
-Assist with audits taking place
-Maintain records within HR and Accounting by assisting Katharine who is main HR
-Work within workday to maintain employee info
-Assist with any other HR responsibilites and tasks that arise

Skills & Qualifications:
-1-2 years experience within HR and Timekeeping
-Kronos experience preferred or any timekeeping platform
-Must be organized, strong willed (able to speak with managers and employees of all levels, and the want to learn! attitude is everything
