FULL CYCLE RECRUITER NEEDED!!
-90% REMOTE, 10% ON SITE-
*1 year minimum contract with possibility of permanent conversion*
MUST HAVES:
Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Distribution experience in recruiting
Description:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure effectiveness of staffing activity
- Act as an account manager for other designated Honda companies, providing recruiting guidance, direction and expertise
- Serve as a liaison between contracted recruiting resources, hiring managers and candidates
- Participate in projects related to strategic staffing and business plan initiatives
Schedule:
Will be remote 90% of the time and may come into the office once a quarter.
Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p (flexible on hours)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience related to sourcing, hiring, interviewing methods and processes.
- Minimum of 1 year of Automotive Engineering recruiting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Experience recruiting and sourcing entry level and experienced positions. (various career levels)
- Expertise and Experience sourcing within different recruiting and job platforms (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple customers.
- Understanding of laws and regulations related recruitment and employment law.
