What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inbound CSR position at Aston Carter?
This position will be starting on June 19th!
- Inbound call center taking 25-30 calls a day
- Assisted with professional liability insurance renewals
- Handled simple and complex inquiries in regards to professional liability information
- Provided website navigational assistance
- Respond to both standard and more difficult customer inquiries regarding various products and services via the phone or email in an easy to understand manner
- Research customer inquiries and follow up with customers as needed via email or outbound phone calls
- Document client issues and escalate issues to appropriate parties to resolve
Work Environment:
- Will be 100% in office
- Training hours: 7:45am-4:30pm for 4 weeks
- After training: 8 hour shift between 7:30am-5:00pm
