Description:
Responsible for performing timely and accurate Sales Order and Purchase Order processing into Oracle database and reporting functions in Excel for Logistics Team.
Provide large volume administrative support to internal team members both internationally and in the U.S.
Responsible for completing ad hoc assignments provided by Team Lead.
Problem solver who possess the ability to work independently to find solutions and resolve problems as they arise.
Clear and process an average of 30-50 product loads from the Sales team each week.
Completion of Daily Task List prior to leaving for the day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Preference given to candidates having 1 – 2 years processing/call center, or administrative, or accounting clerk related experience.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships
• Highly Organized with a natural ability to prioritize
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and can handle several problems or tasks at once.
• Excellent reading and writing language skills
• Good math and data entry skills
• Possess a strong analytical nature with strong emphasis around sound judgment and decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and written, to different departments within PMI Foods as well as all of our international suppliers and logistics partners
• Having a sense of urgency and being able to multi-task and organize workload based on priorities around day-to-day operations and during peak season
• To be able to support the Global Logistics team in various roles when needed and promote a strong sense of teamwork
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team while accomplishing department and company initiatives and goals
• Knowledge of Oracle Operating System preferred
• Bilingual preferred
