Description:
The contract IT Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process for Corporate Services internal, full-time, Information Technology positions. This position involves building relationships with all levels of management within the organization and recruiting for the Corporate IT department.
• Full life-cycle recruitment for internal corporate positions
• Meet with the hiring manager to fully understand the role, qualify the requisition, train on ICIMS, and understand knowledge, skills and ability requirements
• Advise and consult with hiring managers on the internal recruiting process, feasibility of hire, as well as opportunities and challenges.
• Work with managers and other team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Ensure hiring, promotions and job changes are in line with Company policy/philosophy and commitment to diversity and equality.
• Source passive candidates using selective postings, boards, professional networks and other recruiting resources
• Proactively network in chosen markets to build strong relationships across industries
• Partner with hiring managers to obtain approvals from Leadership, extend offers for employment, and negotiate salary requirements
• Create offer letters, check references, process I-9’s, complete background checks and onboarding paperwork
• Make sure all applicants data are entered into iCIMS.
• Conduct referral tracking for potential and current employees in accordance with the guidelines of the Refer-A-Friend program
• Maintain confidentiality on salary ranges
• Develop and maintain recruiting metrics
• Ensure recruitment practices follow HR regulatory compliance
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience using an ATS, preferably iCIMS
• Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Track record of executing both mid-level and senior level hires
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of corporate job openings and candidates
• Driven, with a sense of urgency
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Strong moral compass with the ability to tactfully deliver negative information when necessary
• Responsible for using independent judgment and making decisions that require a great deal of creative, analytical, and problem solving ability

Salary : $25 - $31
