Job Description:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to and from customer and dealers
• Educate customers on lease end options
• Verify final intentions and lease returns
• Quote payoffs to customers, dealers, and insurance companies
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience with analyst positions
- Associates or Bachelor's degree highly preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of experience
Schedule: (This position is in-office in Irving, TX)
- 7:00AM to 3:30PM
- Overtime opportunity
