Job Title : Lien Admin
Job Description
As a Lien Admin, you will be responsible for processing all company waivers and release forms, ensuring a quick turnaround for customer payment cycles and the prompt conversion of receivables into cash with minimal past-due accounts.
This role involves applying the company's Credit and Collection policies, analyzing requests for waivers, performing investigations based on information supplied by customers, and managing audit requests for the credit department.
You will also handle the reconciliation and processing of vendor invoices related to NTO filings, manage updates to Construction Lien laws as applicable, and submit waiver approvals as necessary.
The role demands a high level of responsibility within approved policies and procedures, with any deviations requiring approval from the Credit Manager / Director of Credit & Collections.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Point Of Rocks, Maryland and some days remote.
Work Environment
This position offers flexible working hours, typically from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with an hour for lunch, or 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
Initially, the role requires 2-3 days in-office for training, after which there is an option to work remotely, with occasional in-office attendance as needed.
We are seeking local candidates within an hour's commute.
